Volunteer Orientation Day

Volunteers are the amazing people at Peaceful Acres Horses who keep all of the rescues feeling loved and well cared for. Come meet our beautiful rescued equines and take a tour of the sanctuary. We will share with you our Mission, Vision – Our Why, and meet our wonderful CareGivers.
Volunteers help with direct care, feeding, stall cleaning, grooming, and giving special one-on-one attention to our rescues. Peaceful Acres Horses is an equine welfare organization located in Schenectady County NY. We are just 6 miles from the NY State Thruway and Rte 890. A short, easy drive from anywhere in the Capital Region.
